Our corporate conscience

A&D and its Associates are committed to being involved in the community and we do so in a variety of ways. We generally focus on providing a health-related community grant each year.

The company runs an annual United Way campaign to help Associates support local health and human service needs. A&D provides an annual corporate match, increasing the impact of the Associates' gift.

A&D also supports and partners with AchieveKids, a nonprofit organization that helps children with autism and other developmental and emotional challenges.

A&D's internal practices reflect our commitment to supporting community health. Our own Associates are encouraged to take advantage of the multitude of wellness programs and support services we offer in-house as well.
