Steve Plunkett

As a Corporate Officer and Member of the Board of Directors of the parent company in Japan, Steve Plunkett assumed responsibility for the Americas subsidiary in May of 2019.  Responsibilities include strategic planning, geographic expansion and global marketing initiatives for the company.  

Prior to joining A&D in July of 2016, Steve spent 10 years at GE Healthcare Japan and GE ASEAN, leading both the Hospital & Healthcare Solutions and the Government Affairs & Policy teams.  Before GE, he served as President & CEO of Sames Japan Corporation, the Tokyo-based Japan subsidiary of a French Tier 1 automotive supplier; as Executive Director of the Midwest US-Japan Association, a 501(c)(3) trade and investment organization led by 10 Midwestern State Governors; and as an A&R Director in Japan’s Fujisankei Group. Steve has lived in Japan for a total of 25 years.

Steve was born in Evanston, Illinois.  He received his BA from Harvard College and holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

Greg Lillegard

Greg has driven world class medical device product innovation and development for over 25 years.  Having worked in both the US and Japan, he is an experienced and skillful facilitator of diverse global teams working through challenging multi-functional issues to bring products to market.

Greg Lillegard began his career in the healthcare industry as an ultrasound design engineer at GE Medical, and he holds four patents related to ultrasound.  For sixteen years at GE Medical, he continued in product development and marketing positions of greater responsibility for GE’s magnetic resonance, patient monitoring, cardiology and healthcare IT businesses.  He subsequently joined the executive staff at Honeywell’s remote patient monitoring business before becoming the General Manager at A&D in 2016.

Greg lives outside of Milwaukee, WI with his wife of twenty years and three daughters.  He is active in his daughters’ schools, and he enjoys bicycling and do-it-yourself projects.

Brad Wiltz

For almost 20 years, Brad has been creating, developing, and leading organizations in the medical device and remote monitoring industries. Brad is currently the Director of the Medical Business Unit for A&D Company in the Americas. His vast experience from large organization like GE Healthcare and Honeywell to startups like EarlySense give him a broad perspective of connected health markets.

A&D is a worldwide leader in connected health and biometric measurement devices and services for consumer wellness and chronic condition management. A&D is dedicated to developing and manufacturing accurate biometric measurements by clinically validating our device to the highest standards.

Jessica Nash

Jessica has been a leader in the Canadian medical equipment distribution industry for over 20 years, including 16 years with Auto Control Medical prior to its acquisition by A&D Company, Americas in 2016.  

With experience in segments such as Diabetes, Hypertension, and Respiratory Care, Jessica has utilized her deep industry knowledge and business development strategies to propel the successful launch of many consumer and professional medical devices, such as insulin pumps and blood glucose meters.  She holds an Honours Biology degree in Genetics from Western University in London, which provides background for her keen scientific understanding and ability to work with healthcare providers and pharmacists.  Additionally, her sales and marketing acumen has helped Auto Control Medical grow to become a premier distributor in the Canadian market. 

Jessica lives in Toronto with her husband and their 3 children. She enjoys running, reading, and has recently taken up rock climbing

Chief Financial Officer

Joaquin Rodriguez

Joaquin Rodriguez has worked as an expat in Malaysia for Intel managing Assembly Test capital.  He was the finance support to the International Division at eMachines  / Gateway.  He worked at Qualcomm building a fab in Taiwan and forecasting new chip requirements for QCT.  He managed Corporate FP&A for Walmart’s ecommerce division. Most recently he was with Outward, a startup that was acquired by Williams-Sonoma Inc.

He is a graduate of UC Berkeley and has an MBA from Arizona State and a Masters in Finance from Madrid, Spain.  He lives in San Francisco with his wife and 4 children.

Terri Melton

Terri has been a leader in Human Resources for over 15 years, working with leadership teams around the globe to provide focused expertise in organization design and talent management strategies.  She is a strong proponent of developing flexible solutions to meet the needs of the business and employees in all stages of life.  

Terri joined the A&D team in 2017.  Prior to that, she spent 14 years with Honeywell, where her work helped grow and transform businesses, including global functional groups, small business divisions, and municipal governments.  Terri holds a bachelor’s degree in Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from Northern Illinois University.  

Based in Milwaukee, WI, Terri lives with her husband and son.  She enjoys reading, walking/hiking, volunteering, and traveling.  She also is an active member of the Milwaukee Metro Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).    

Senior Marketing Manager

Megan Kleckner

Megan has been in medical device marketing for over 20 years.  She is responsible for building the A&D brand in the Americas, cultivating focus on the customer and managing programs that drive customer preference for the brand. 

Prior to joining A&D, Megan worked at Baxter Healthcare in various roles in Product Management and marketing.   She led the launch of several products which secured a market leadership position in the hospital pharmacy market space.  She earned a bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Marquette University and is a graduate of GE’s Technical Leadership program.   

Megan lives in Denver, CO with her husband of 16 years and their 3 children.  She enjoys running, eating good food, coaching kids sports and traveling.
